Welcome to Digital Shivam. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of digitalshivamshop.in and your purchase of digital products from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Definitions
"We", "us", "our" and "Digital Shivam" refer to this store and its operator. "You" and "customer" refer to the person browsing or buying. "Products" means the digital goods we sell — AI tools, OTT subscriptions, plugins, themes, templates, files and codes.

You must be at least 18, or have a parent/guardian's consent, to purchase. You're responsible for keeping your account and any delivered keys or credentials secure. Don't share your login.
Orders and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are handled by a secure third-party gateway; we don't store your card details. An order is confirmed only once payment is received.
Delivery
Products are delivered digitally and automatically, usually within moments of payment, via email and your account's Orders page. Please provide a correct email at checkout.
Licence and permitted use
Digital products are licensed to you for your own use, not sold outright. Unless stated otherwise, you may not resell, redistribute, sub-licence, copy or publicly share the keys, codes, files or credentials you receive. Doing so may lead to access being revoked without refund.
Third-party products & subscriptions
Some products give access to services run by third parties, governed by those parties' own terms. Their availability, features and pricing are outside our control. If a provider suspends, changes or ends a service, we'll try to assist but can't guarantee continued access, and such changes aren't always refundable. Please read each product description carefully.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our site or products unlawfully, to attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or to disrupt the service for others.

All content on this site — text, graphics, logos and the store design — belongs to Digital Shivam or its licensors and is protected by law. Don't copy or reuse it without permission.

Products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss from using, or being unable to use, our products. Our total liability for any claim won't exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhiwani, Haryana, India.
